A LIVE COHORT FOR LEADERS, COACHES AND CREATORS

Speak on camera with confidence,
write with clarity,
and start your book.

The craft gets you heard.
The work underneath keeps you there.

A 10-week live cohort where capable men build the craft — speaking and writing — and do the work underneath that keeps it true.

10 weeks6–10 menPersonal, live coaching
SPEAKING. WRITING. THE WORK UNDERNEATH.

Your ambition is already clear.
Your voice should be, too.

01 / 10

You’re capable.
But does the room know it?

You’ve built things and led people. You know what you think. But when the room turns toward you, something tightens. The point comes out longer than it should. The hard conversation gets postponed. For a coach, it shows up again: on camera, in the session that ran smaller than you planned, and in the book that is still an idea.

On camera, you sound like a smaller version of yourself. That isn’t necessarily a talent problem. Sometimes, an old story about who you are is showing up in your voice.

This is the work of bringing your voice into alignment with the man you already are.

Craft first.
The work underneath holds it.

Technique gets you heard. But when the pressure rises, the old story underneath has a way of speaking first — in your voice, on camera, on the page.

So we build the craft — speaking and writing — and do the work underneath that keeps it true. Then practice under pressure until it holds.

Not a new persona.
A more complete you.

01

Story

WEEKS 01–02

WEEKS 03–04

Find a voice that sounds like you.

Find your natural voice and work through what gets in its way. Less performance. More honest expression.

Give your ideas a clear form.

Build speech fundamentals, vocal and tonal control, structure, and persuasive delivery.

04

Command

WEEKS 07–08

Hold your ground when it matters.

Practice presence under pressure, hard conversations, and the craft of leading a room.

05

Change

WEEKS 09–10

Bring it all onto the stage.

Deliver your capstone talk live, in front of the men who watched you build it.

Real work.
Something to show for it.

A story you own

A one-page personal narrative: where you came from, what you’ve been carrying, and who you’re becoming.

A talk you stand behind

A recorded 5–7 minute capstone talk you’d be proud to show anyone.

A difference you can hear

Your week-one and week-ten recordings, side by side. Your own progress is the measure.

Men who know the work

A small group who have seen you at your most honest and your most capable.

The start of your book

A working outline for the book you keep meaning to write — and where its first pages begin.

Small group.
Nothing to hide behind.

Personal attention. Honest feedback. Consistent practice.

Weekly live sessions

90 minutes of teaching, demonstration and drills.

Practice labs

Every other week, with hot seats and live critique.

Personal feedback

One recorded rep each week, reviewed by your coach.

Accountability

A partner for the full ten weeks.

A private circle

Group access throughout, and for three months afterward.

THE COMMITMENT Approximately 3–4 hours per week.

Trust the delivery.
Not just the promise.

A NOTE FROM THE COACH

“I keep meeting capable men whose voice hasn’t caught up with who they are. The fix isn’t a trick. It’s honest work and a lot of practice.”

Coach introduction, portrait and speaking video to be added.

The first chapter.
A smaller circle.

6–10 MEN

This is the first cohort. The method comes from years of speaking, leading and coaching, but the program itself is new. You deserve to know that.

FOUNDING COHORT INVESTMENT

$1,800paid in full

Or 2 payments of $950 · $1,900 total

Ten weeks of live, personally coached work. Capped at ten men.

Later cohorts are planned at $2,500–$3,500. In return for the founding price, we’ll ask for honest feedback—not a scripted endorsement.

Apply for the founding cohort

A personal application. A conversation about fit. No pressure.

You do the work. I stand behind the result.

Attend at least 8 of 10 live sessions and submit every weekly recording. If you can’t hear a clear difference between your first recording and your last, I’ll refund you in full.

Serious work.
Not for everyone.

This isn’t for you if…

  • You want a script, a hack, or a hype session.
  • You won’t record yourself or take direct feedback.
  • You want persuasion tactics to manipulate people.
  • You’re looking for therapy. This is reflective, practical work—not clinical treatment.

A few honest answers.

A conversation,
not a commitment.

Apply for the founding cohort. Every application is read personally. If it looks like a fit, you’ll be invited to a 20-minute call.
